Stay policies & FAQ
Reservations are confirmed on WhatsApp with the front desk. The policies below cover the most-asked questions; reach out for anything specific to your stay.
Check-in
Check-in starts at 14:00. Earlier arrivals are subject to room availability — reach out on WhatsApp and we'll do our best.
Check-out
Check-out is by 12:00. Late check-out can be arranged at the front desk based on availability.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily at our restaurant from 06:30 to 10:00. Inclusion in your rate is confirmed at booking.
Payment methods
We accept cash in Yemeni Riyal (Old YER), Saudi Riyal, and US Dollar at the desk exchange rate. Payment is settled on arrival.
ID at check-in
All guests over the age of 12 are asked to present a valid government photo ID at check-in.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 12 sharing a room with their parents stay at no additional charge using existing bedding.
Smoking
The hotel is non-smoking inside rooms and indoor common areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available on the Corniche-side terraces.
Pets
Pets are not currently accepted. Service animals are welcome with prior arrangement on WhatsApp.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before check-in are free. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in may forfeit the first night's rate; reach out for specifics.
Deposit
A deposit equal to the first night may be requested to hold a confirmed reservation. The deposit applies toward the final bill on arrival.
